About the Role
As a Senior Patient Service Associate / Patient Service Associate, you will onboard patients, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage enquiries through digital platforms. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate patient information, and deliver exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard patients and guide them through the digital patient journey
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage appointments and patient flow
- Respond to patient enquiries via asynchronous communication platforms
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and confidentiality standards
- Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- For SPSA: Provide guidance to junior staff and support supervisors in operations and process improvement
- GCE N / O / A Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC, ITE Certificate in Clinic Practice, or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
