Strategic Communications & Engagement Manager (Healthcare)

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and campaigns across digital, social, internal, external, and stakeholder platforms to support healthcare transformation initiatives
• Lead strategic storytelling and content development including leadership messages, presentations, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, patient stories, publicity materials, and engagement content
• Drive consistent brand messaging and communications standards across organisational initiatives, partnerships, and engagement touchpoints
• Translate complex healthcare programmes, service models, and operational priorities into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences
• Provide communications advisory support to programme leads, clinical teams, and stakeholders on messaging, engagement approaches, and communication strategies
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with healthcare partners, community providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and programme adoption
• Develop patient-focused communications and engagement materials that enhance care experiences and improve understanding of healthcare services
• Support strategic communications planning for new programmes, expansion initiatives, and future healthcare models by identifying opportunities, risks, and engagement strategies
• Manage end-to-end communications projects including planning, timelines, vendors, content development, stakeholder coordination, and delivery execution
• Analyse communications effectiveness through engagement insights, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously enhance campaigns and outreach strategies
• Build scalable communications frameworks and processes to support sustainable growth of healthcare initiatives

• Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing/ Business/ Healthcare Administration or related studies
• 5 - 8 years of working experience in corporate communications/ strategic communications or related fields, preferably within healthcare setting
• Strong experience in developing integrated communications campaigns and managing multi-channel content strategies
• Proven ability to create compelling narratives and tailor communications for leadership, healthcare professionals, partners, and public audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, community, or complex stakeholder environments will be advantageous
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
