As a Beauty Trainer, you will:
- Conduct structured training sessions for new hires and existing staff on facial, body, and retail beauty services.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations and practical coaching.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing support and development.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and treatments.
- Travel across various outlet locations in Singapore to deliver on-site training and support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the beauty, spa, or aesthetics industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to speak at least basic Mandarin to train Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Passion for teaching and motivating others.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
