Beauty Trainer

Responsibilities*:

• Plan and Conduct theoretical and practical training on various treatments and techniques
• Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
• Plan and develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
• Plan and develop SOPs for Aestheticians to upkeep standards
• Provide training to aestheticians such as customer service, sales techniques, operational flow, SOP, grooming etc.
• Perform role-playing with staff periodically to ensure service standards are met
• Collaborating closely with marketing team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, product launches and live streaming events)
• To furnish company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors’ activities and marketing strategies and latest technologies.
• Work closely with management team to monitor and evaluate on staff’s training needs.
• Service development : Plan, create and execute new spa treatments and review existing treatments (involves liaising with product and equipment suppliers)
• Assist with recruitment (skills test, conduct interviews, etc).
• Provide training for external parties.
• To perform any other ad hoc job duties as required.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of beauty training experience.
• Experienced conducting training for beauty industries.
• Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC).
• Knowledgeable in skin education and willing to learn new skills and knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (To converse with stakeholders that mainly converse in either of these language)
• To work independently – Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition.
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft softwares and use of computer.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.

Skin Aesthetician

Responsibilities*:

• Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.
• Assist Medical Doctors during procedures.
• Provide professional and personalized aesthetic face and body therapies to an exclusive clientele.
• To upgrade on existing skills, learn new skills and perform new services as and when required.
• Advise clients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products.
• Sell and promote treatments and products to clients based on their needs.
• Build repeat clientele.
• Actively promote clinic services.
• Liaising with external partners and vendors.
• Able to handle administrative duties assigned. Computer skills necessary.
• To attend to reception and assist with customers’ enquiries.
• To meet personal sales target.
• To assist in meeting clinic and overall shop’s target.
• To maintain cleanliness of the premise.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.
