Advertising Sales Specialist (Japan Market, Training Provided)

We are on the lookout for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and digital marketing to become a part of our team. Your role will involve engaging with clients on social media, identifying their business objectives and requirements, and offering tailored digital marketing strategies.

• Location: Singapore (Chai Chee, Bedok)
• Training provided: estimated 4 weeks
• Remuneration package: Basic salary + KPI incentive
• Commencement Date: 4 May 2026

Job responsibilities:

• Contact Small to Medium Business (SMB) by proposing advertising strategies to improve performance and drive new adoption via cold calling to secure appointments and propose strategies for improving ad performance
• Serving clients by providing customized digital marketing plans and market insights for advertisers ranging from all industries in social media platforms to yield the best results.
• Sharing the latest features and updates that clients can leverage in their ad campaigns.
• Deliver data-driven proposals to improve ROI and ROAS, consistently achieving measurable results.
• Foster long-term client trust by sharing success cases and best practices as part of follow-up engagement.
• Responsible for understanding customer trends, partner support, process enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products.

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market (to handle enquiry from Japanese speaking customer and document in Japanese on a business level)
