Up $3700 basic + $850 transport allowance + comms

• Drive annual sales revenue and project targets across assigned industries, working directly with key decision-makers and media agency partners.
• Grow new and existing business by identifying opportunities, pitching customised solutions, and closing deals to meet sales quotas.
• Develop tailored client solutions across programme sponsorships, full-funnel packages, events, digital advertising, and partner collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, supporting major client campaigns and tent-pole events.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, market insights, and competitive analysis to support business planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

• 3–5 years of experience in media or advertising sales.
• Strong understanding of CTV, OTT, and streaming landscapes, including first-party data analytics.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
• Proven individual contributor with a collaborative working style.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and driving new business growth.
