Director, Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Director, Asset Management to lead portfolio performance and drive value creation across a regional real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for asset management, with full accountability for portfolio performance and KPIs
Develop and execute strategies to optimise returns, enhance asset value, and manage risk
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of NOI, yield and IRR targets
Lead asset enhancement, repositioning, and operational improvement initiatives
Drive capital recycling and divestment processes, including Board approvals
Support acquisitions, due diligence, and financing/refinancing strategies
Manage asset management teams across multiple geographies
Ensure strong governance, Board reporting, and integration of ESG initiatives

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
12–15 years of relevant real estate asset management experience
Proven track record in portfolio performance, transactions, and leadership
Strong financial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with senior management and Boards
