Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assist in processing and tracking invoices
- Support GST accounting and documentation
- Submit name lists and material information to clients
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative or accounting support roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and GST submission
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Available to work 3 fixed days per week
