Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, GST-related accounting, and client documentation.

This role is suitable for individuals with a strong administrative background who are able to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Assist in processing and tracking invoices
  • Support GST accounting and documentation
  • Submit name lists and material information to clients
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administrative or accounting support roles preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and GST submission
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Available to work 3 fixed days per week
