Job Summary

Join Masstron as a Project Design Engineer to develop engineering designs and support project execution by collaborating with Sales to deliver practical, cost-effective technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales to analyze project requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Prepare and develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to support project quotations and execution
• Create and revise AutoCAD drawings aligned with project specifications to ensure design accuracy
• Evaluate and enhance designs for practicality, cost efficiency, and ease of assembly
• Develop basic work instructions and assembly documentation to support project implementation
• Engage in technical discussions to contribute innovative ideas for design improvements
• Troubleshoot design and project-related issues to maintain project progress and quality

• Proficient use of AutoCAD to produce and modify engineering drawings
• Ability to access restricted project sites as required for project execution

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills to address design challenges
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills for continuous improvement
