Senior (Design Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Project Engineer) Genset

1. Senior Design Engineer (Electrical) /Up to $8,000 Basic + $250 Transport Allowance

• Design & produce electrical drawings, BOM and documentation.
• Study the ISO standards and various regions standards & generator controlleralternator concepts.
• Work with procurement & manufacturing team to qualify suppliers/parts & electrical installations.
• Work with sales to understand design requirements & provide response to tender submission.
• Test & validate of design including parameter optimization for controllers, governors, AVR, PLCs, HMI.
• Design & Program various controllers, PLCs, HMI and support onsite/remote troubleshooting.
• Lead in continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve work efficiency.
• Managing, training, developing and mentoring junior engineers.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical with 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in process change management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge in PLC electrical design, controllers, generators, switchgears and transformers.

1. Senior/Field Service Engineer /Up to $4,000 - $8,000 Basic + $250 Transport Allowance

• Lead / Attends to commissioning of System Project at customer site.
• Investigates root causes of engine failures and recommend solution.
• Provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and training to customers.
• Manage generator sets to support service/training & ensure training documents are organized.
• Provides specific training to distributors/dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets.
• Assist factory test, investigate root causes of failures & recommend solutions.
• Deal with customer on the warranty issues and perform other service & training assigned.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel oversea when requires and knowledge in power generation products.

1. Senior Project Engineer (Genset) Up $8,000 + $250 Allowance

• Execute projects to ensure works done are within the schedule.
• Liaise with stakeholders to carry out the scope of the project.
• Monitor track of the progres and lead Factory Acceptance Test with customers/distributors.
• Ensure all documentations are endorsed, coordinate site testing and provide technical support.
• Study and assist to generate project cost estimation, and submit a monthly report of project status.
• Support 3rd party product & drawings for submittals, and participate in continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional team to update projects status in weekly project meeting.
• Manage site installations work and ensure completion within timeline.
• Work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical with 2 -5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with generators, controls, and associated equipment will be added advantage
