8028 Employment Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven and compliance-focused General Manager to provide leadership, direction, and oversight across all manpower operations. The General Manager will ensure that the company’s manpower services are delivered efficiently, lawfully, and in accordance with MOM regulations and the CEI (KAH) framework.
The role requires a strong balance of operational management, regulatory compliance, client engagement, and team leadership to support the company’s continued growth and reputation as a trusted manpower provider.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily manpower operations including recruitment, work pass applications, onboarding, deployment, renewals, and compliance.
- Translate company goals into operational strategies and ensure smooth execution across all manpower services.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and manpower delivery standards.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure strict adherence to MOM manpower regulations and CEI (KAH) standards.
- Supervise documentation, contracts, audits, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on policy changes and guide the company in adapting to new MOM frameworks.
- Client & Worker Relations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring service quality and compliance in manpower deployments.
- Oversee resolution of client and worker issues, ensuring fair and lawful outcomes.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are compliant, transparent, and well-communicated.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring manpower-related costs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
- People Leadership & Training
- Lead and mentor manpower teams, ensuring high professional standards and accountability.
- Conduct compliance training for staff, with emphasis on MOM regulations and CEI (KAH) requirements.
- Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and service excellence.
- Stakeholder Representation
- Represent the company in MOM discussions, audits, and inspections.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for external stakeholders, including regulators and clients.
- CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7–8 years of progressive leadership experience in manpower services, recruitment, or HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of MOM manpower regulations, work pass management, and compliance standards.
- Proven track record in leading teams, resolving manpower challenges, and ensuring compliance.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools and manpower systems is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and ability to manage complex operations.
