BMW Quality Control Technician - Geylang

Overview:

You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects and ensuring service job is done according to repair order

Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles undergoing maintenance and repair in the workshop.
• Examine completed work to ensure it meets BMW's quality standards and specifications.
• Verify that all repairs are performed in accordance with repair orders and guidelines.
• Complete documentation and report for the repairs done

Diagnostic Evaluation:

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of repairs.
• Identify any recurring issues or potential problems and communicate findings to the workshop team.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Collaborate with service advisors to address any customer concerns or questions
• Conduct test drives with Customers to identify and explain technical issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician or quality control technician in an automotive workshop
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and repair procedures
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with BMW's service and maintenance standards is a bonus
