Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect luxury items such as watches, apparel, or accessories to ensure flawless quality.
• Perform functional testing (e.g., zippers, clasps, watch movements) to validate durability and performance.
• Flag and document any material defects or inconsistencies in design, packaging, or craftsmanship.
• Compliance & Quality Standards
• Review technical drawings/specifications to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Work with production teams to suggest improvements and address recurring quality issues.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain inspection records, defect logs, and corrective actions for audits and internal reviews.
• Generate QC reports and collaborate across departments to support product excellence.
• Process & Inventory Checks
• Monitor production workflows, carry out random inventory sampling, and recommend process improvements.
• Check returned items to determine if they qualify for repair, replacement, or rejection.
• Support & Collaboration
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product complaints and quality concerns.
• Train fellow staff on quality inspection standards and handling of luxury goods.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Quality Control / Manufacturing / Engineering.
• 2–4 years of QC experience — luxury, retail, or manufacturing background is a plus.
• Familiar with inspection tools and quality assurance methods.
• Meticulous, analytical, and committed to upholding premium standards.
• Strong communicator and team player.
