Assistant Digital Marketing Manager - Bukit Merah
Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our digital and social media initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving our Offline + Online (O+O) marketing strategy, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, deepening customer engagement, and driving traffic and sales across both physical and digital channels.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of digital performance channels—including SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and programmatic media—to deliver integrated campaigns that support brand building, promotional amplification, and sales conversion.
Beyond channel execution, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives across key business pillars: Advertising & Promotions (A&P), Online Business, and CRM. A key responsibility will be to consolidate campaign efforts into a unified, full-funnel marketing strategy for each campaign cycle—ensuring consistency in messaging, maximizing media efficiency, and driving synergy between online and offline customer journeys.

What Awaits You:
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to support business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer journey across all platforms including social media, eStore, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with campaign leads and cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital media plans, aligning efforts across A&P, Online Business, and CRM to deliver cohesive, full-funnel campaign experiences.
- Lead content and community management across social media platforms—ensuring brand consistency, timely engagement, and relevance to drive awareness and affinity.
- Drive and manage the company’s new Retail Media Platform by working cross-functionally with internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors to shape the offering, onboard stakeholders, and drive media monetization opportunities through data-driven ad solutions.
- Manage digital performance agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools to improve traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across both online and offline channels.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and digital trend analysis through social listening and digital monitoring tools to uncover opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal investment efficiency, with clear tracking of ROI and performance against defined KPIs.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and marketing innovations, proactively applying relevant insights to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
- Degree holder
- At least 3-5 years of relevant digital experience from related industries such as FMCG brands or digital media agency
- Prior experience on ecommerce platform will be considered favorably
- Knowledge on SEO/SEM as well as web analytic tools
- Possess keen interest in the latest digital and eCommerce trends
- Customers focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight
- Experience using Google Analytics with a good understanding of UX and the customer journey
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to complex, fast-changing work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Digitally inclined
