About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a Wealth Manager in managing daily business operations, client engagements, and exclusive event planning. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a professional presence when dealing with high-net-worth individuals and partners.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the Wealth Manager’s time is optimised, operations are seamless, and clients are consistently impressed with both service quality and curated experiences.- Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Draft business correspondence, reports, decks, and meeting summaries
- Track expenses, claims, and business reimbursements
- Organise and maintain confidential records and documents
- Liaise with HNW clients, bankers, legal teams, and service providers
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
- Assist in onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and CRM maintenance
- Follow up on client instructions, deliverables, and deadlines
- Assist in preparing investment proposals, reports, and briefing materials
- Stay updated on client portfolios, product offerings, and market updates
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on projects and client needs
- Plan and manage exclusive client appreciation events, seminars, and private networking sessions
- Handle vendor sourcing, guest list coordination, venue logistics, and post-event feedback
- Ensure all events align with brand image and client expectations
- Support digital and in-person event communications (invitations, reminders, RSVPs)
