Work location: Jurong East (near MRT)

Work days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities:

In-charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes.
Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading).
Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
Handling customer enquires or complaints.
Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis.
Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.

Requirements:

Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience preferably in a Freight Forwarding environment
General knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding businesses
Mature, responsible and independent yet a good team player
