Logistics Shipping CSO (Jurong East, 5 Days)

Work days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Mon to Fri)

• In-charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes.
• Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading).
• Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
• Handling customer enquires or complaints.
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis.
• Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.

• Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in a Freight Forwarding environment
• General knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding businesses
• Mature, responsible and independent yet a good team player
