[ref. k8493416] Geylang - Fixed Income Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand investment objectives and company’s investment policy to construct a fixed income investment portfolio；
• Manage investment portfolios to deliver optimal investment returns of fixed income portfolios；
• Conduct top-down macroeconomic analysis and bottom-up credit/security selection to generate alpha;
• Implement stringent risk management, actively identifying the risk of portfolio and report to management;
• Provide frequent and timely research insights on macro-economy, industry developments and portfolio holdings and report to management;
• Ensure portfolio compliance with internal guidelines;
• Work with risk and compliance teams to monitor portfolio performance and risk exposures;
• Address audit and operational queries related to portfolio activity and performance;
• Provide daily and weekly summaries of fixed income portfolio;
• Any relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. CFA charter holder or candidates who have passed Level II/III are preferred;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in fixed income or credit research, preferably with asset management firms, insurance companies, banks, or rating agencies;
• Proven track record of managing fixed income assets and delivering risk-adjusted returns;
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics, monetary policy, and global fixed income markets;
• Familiarity with credit analysis, duration management, derivatives, and portfolio construction tools;
• Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability;
• Strong team work ability;
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, and portfolio management systems;
• Support finance and accounts when needed.
