Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
  • Be a talent advisor to provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process. Keep up to date with market and industry trends related to talents
  • Day to day recruiting activities which include
  • Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
  • Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
  • Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
  • Monitor onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
  • Prepare recruiting metrics and market mapping. Use them to drive discussion and hiring strategy with the hiring department.
  • Plan and attend talent engagement and recruiting events to network and meet candidates.
  • Advocate diversity hiring and adherence to inclusive hiring practices.
  • Ensure processes to ensure adherence to recruitment related regulations and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, science, or a related field of studies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Possess at least 5 years experience as a recruiter.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good stakeholders and candidate management skills
  • Use data to drive discussion especially with hiring managers
  • Able to use logical thinking to solve problem
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Is able to commit to a 12-month contract period.

Please note: The payroll for this one-year contract role will be managed by a third-party service provider.
