Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
- Be a talent advisor to provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process. Keep up to date with market and industry trends related to talents
- Day to day recruiting activities which include
- Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
- Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
- Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
- Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
- Monitor onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
- Prepare recruiting metrics and market mapping. Use them to drive discussion and hiring strategy with the hiring department.
- Plan and attend talent engagement and recruiting events to network and meet candidates.
- Advocate diversity hiring and adherence to inclusive hiring practices.
- Ensure processes to ensure adherence to recruitment related regulations and compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, science, or a related field of studies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Possess at least 5 years experience as a recruiter.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Good stakeholders and candidate management skills
- Use data to drive discussion especially with hiring managers
- Able to use logical thinking to solve problem
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Is able to commit to a 12-month contract period.
