Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play
Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially public and private sector tenders with outcome-based or pure technology scopes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client engagement to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow revenue from technology and manpower-integrated offerings.
- Lead the design of integrated security solutions combining CCTV, ACS, IDS, and VMS.
- Work with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to propose viable technical and operational solutions.
- Translate client requirements into cost-effective and scalable technical proposals.
- Prepare technical presentations, solution briefs, and respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP documents.
- Support tender clarifications, site surveys, and demo sessions.
- Drive the end-to-end proposal process, including solution design, costing, proposal writing, and presentation.
- Develop pricing models that align with outcome-based KPIs and ensure competitive margins.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, finance, ops, legal) to ensure tender compliance and solution feasibility.
- Serve as the key point of contact during pre-award discussions and post-award solution finalisation.
- Present solutions and value propositions to client stakeholders, including C-level executives and procurement.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine solution offerings.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and security system trends (AI, video analytics, IoT, etc.).
- Recommend enhancements to solution frameworks and pricing strategies to improve win rates and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or solutions role in security systems or ICT industry.
- Proven track record in securing outcome-based contracts and tech-based tenders.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, ACS, IDS, VMS, and related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with government procurement and security industry regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- PMP or security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are advantageous.
