Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Support Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)

Shift details will be explained during the screening call. Candidates cannot choose preferred shifts.

Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month

Responsibilities

Provide on-site assistance to international travellers with submission of forms on SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration Card
Guide travellers in using automated lanes
Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE O Levels
Able to stand for long hours throughout the shift
Open to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
Entry-level applicants are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
