Airport Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)

Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Support Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift details will be shared during the screening call. Please note that shift selection is not available.

Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to international travellers in completing SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration submissions.
• Assist travellers with the use of automated lanes.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
