We are looking for reliable and experienced leaders to lead and manage a team of security officers. Multiple sites available — including centrally located Malls, commercial and industrial locations.

Shift: Day/Night ( 5 / 6 work week available)

Salary: $3,470 – $4,000

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of security officers
Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control
Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs
Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and escalate when necessary
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers
Handle emergencies and support fire drills
Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

Valid PLRD Security Officer License
Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PC literate and able to write clear incident reports
First Aid / AED / CERT certified (advantageous for some sites)
Ex-Police and experienced supervisors welcome — attractive salary package available!
