Administrative & Operations Executive (Fintech / Payments)
AiMT Horizon Pte. Ltd. is hiring an organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support our fast-growing fintech business in Singapore.- Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,600 per month
- Working Hours: 9:30AM – 6:30PM (Mon–Fri)
- Start Date: ASAP
You will play a key role in supporting daily operations across merchant onboarding, office administration, and partner coordination. This role ensures smooth internal workflows and a seamless experience for merchants from application to activation.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify merchant onboarding & KYC documentation
- Coordinate with sales team on onboarding progress and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM / merchant database accurately
- Handle general office administration (scheduling, filing, supplies, correspondence)
- Support communication with agents and channel partners
- Assist finance with basic reconciliation checks
- Prepare reports and operational documentation for management
- 1 year experience preferred (candidates with relevant internship welcome)
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Mandarin & English required for merchant and partner communication
- Experience with CRM or document systems is a plus
