We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Executive to support financial reporting, operational processes, system improvements, and business analysis activities. We are looking for candidates with experience in FP&A, finance operations, accounting support, with strong analytical and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting:

  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports and documentation

Banking & Administrative Support:

  • Liaise with banks and vendors on operational and administrative matters
  • Review and process vendor invoices and payment-related documentation
  • Support internal stakeholders on finance and operational requests
  • Handle vendor queries and follow up on outstanding matters

Operations & Process Improvement:

  • Review and improve operational workflows and internal processes
  • Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Office tools, Access, and VBA
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and procedures
  • Participate in system enhancement and digitalization initiatives

Systems & Project Support:

  • Assist in system implementation and enhancement projects
  • Support user testing, data validation, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during system upgrades and process changes

Customer Orders Management:

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
  • Ensure fulfilment timelines meet operational and platform requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Risk, Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Support audit and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial and operational records

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Candidates with FP&A, finance operations and accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Access, and VBA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Exposure to e-commerce or operational finance environments is an added advantage
