HR Executive

The HR Executive is in charge of all HR work. He is responsible for the welfare of the employees. He supports employees in the office and works with the Director to ensure office operations run efficiently. He is responsible for ensuring every employee has what they need to do their job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange interview arrangements
  • Provide on-boarding program support to enable a positive onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Monitoring attendance and leave management
  • Managing employee welfare and benefits
  • Assist in organizing social events and internal meetings
  • Provide off-boarding support
  • Build travel itineraries and manage travel bookings for all staff
  • Assist with necessary travel visa applications
  • Maintain travel records and prepare reports to stakeholders
  • Handle payroll, CPF, IRAS
  • Handle all government surveys
  • Handle performance appraisals
  • Handle work pass applications
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration / Accounting
  • At least 2 years’ of experience in managing office administration
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle English-Chinese translation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-focused
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, good teamwork skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
