Civil & Infrastructure Engineer (Transport Projects)

The client is a major public-sector infrastructure authority responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of large-scale rail and transport infrastructure projects. Known for high engineering standards and complex underground construction works, the organisation works closely with consultants, contractors, and operators to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable transit systems.

The Job:

• Manage and oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and expressways
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, design consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders on technical and contractual matters
• Address site issues and ensure smooth communication across all parties involved
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in road, highway, or expressway projects
• Familiar with local building codes and construction safety regulations
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
