M365 Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead and drive end-to-end deployment and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions across multiple domains.
• Manage and support collaboration platforms including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
• Oversee identity and security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, and Purview, ensuring compliance and protection of enterprise assets.
• Manage Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) using Microsoft Intune across various device types, including configuration, policy enforcement, and device lifecycle management.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM), identity, and security environments, ensuring stability and performance in production.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
• Lead new infrastructure projects and enhancements, ensuring smooth rollout with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, endpoint, and M365-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, processes, and implementation procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with strong exposure to Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (UEM/MDM), Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proven experience in end-to-end deployment and implementation of enterprise infrastructure projects.
