We're growing and looking for an enthusiastic Admin Support Assistant (3 to 6 months contract) to be part of our dynamic journey. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer the mentorship, tools, and support to help you thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director
  • Edit and prepare personal profiles, CV and professional documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage cloud filing systems and perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records
  • Draft, type, and format letters, sales documents, contracts and etc. in a timely manner
  • Draft & post job advertisements
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects when is required

What We're Looking For:

  • Min. a Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in administrative/HR duties a must
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive and a fast learner
