Sales Support Executive (AutoCAD Required) - Toa Payoh

Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Lead / Sales Director, this role manages and oversee the full spectrum of pre-sales and post-sales support, proposal to after sales support including corporate clients’ enquiries. Work closely with internal stakeholders from Sales and Business Development to follow through from project leads to awarding of projects to tender submissions, presentation slides proposal, colour scheme and costing proposal.

To liaise and support business operations support from mock up to project awards.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager in managing local and overseas projects as well as other administrative matters.
  • Responsible for preparing costing and/or quotations.
  • Attend in sales enquiries and prepare sales proposals.
  • Generate sales order and tax invoice.
  • Manage customers’ orders via Navision ERP system.
  • Possess Autocad knowledge is a must.
  • Able to perform 3D drawings and rendering will be an added advantage.
  • Prepare proposals and tender submissions.
  • To do colour scheme confirmation.
  • To take off quantity of tender layouts.
  • Placing order for mock-ups and/or projects.
  • Preparing mock-ups and proposal slides.
  • Responsible for overseeing and handling the arrangement of delivery and setting up of mock up at site.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Familiar with AutoCAD
  • Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be responsible and hard working, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
