Sales Admin Executive (Wholesales)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate Wholesale centre’s and its warehouse daily operation and fulfilment
Multi-channel sales enquiries and quotation handling via phone, whatsapp and email without sale target
Liaise with warehouse and logistic staff to prepare customers’ orders and arrange delivery
Daily consolidation, settlement and cash deposit
Manage account receivable

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent.
Willing to work on alternate Saturday from 0830 to 1730hrs.
Relevant Aircon Sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint skills.
