$5-8k/Month | Total Rewards Manager | 6 Months Contract
The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division under the Total Rewards Department. The candidate will support the development and implementation of a robust rewards strategy to ensure competitive returns on investment while effectively attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Annual Salary Review Process: Support the end-to-end management of the annual salary review cycle, including compensation planning, system readiness, communications, and closing activities such as data uploads and validation.
- Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking: Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure salary structures and benefits offerings remain competitive in the market.
- Job Evaluation: Perform annual job evaluations as part of the headcount planning process, ensuring roles and compensation are aligned with business requirements.
- Consultation & Advisory: Provide advisory support to HR teams and business leaders on all aspects of total rewards to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited university preferred
- Professional certification or accreditation in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits will be an added advantage
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience, including regional compensation and rewards exposure
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred

- $5000 - $8000/Month depending on experience
