Finance Assistant (6 Months Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounts payable/receivable operations, financial reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced working environment.

• Take responsibility for personal health and safety at the workplace and exercise reasonable care in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage daily accounts payable and/or accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices for payment.
• Perform timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and/or customers when required.
• Participate in inventory stock-taking activities.

• Relevant diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
