Job Summary

Drive digital transformation by developing and implementing digitalization strategies, managing AI/ML solutions, and supporting software integration to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

• Develop and implement digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
• Manage digital transformation projects from conception through implementation and post-implementation review
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to recommend and integrate new digital solutions
• Assist in software selection, implementation, and integration to support digital initiatives
• Provide training sessions and create user guides for digital tools and software applications
• Ensure software solutions align with business needs and compliance requirements
• Liaise with software vendors and third-party service providers to execute digital projects
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision, into workflows
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications using APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or open-source alternatives
• Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for AI use cases and present findings and business cases to stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain AI models in production, including performance tracking, retraining pipelines, and version control
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy compliance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI governance

• Implement MLOps best practices such as CI/CD pipelines for AI, model versioning, observability, and drift detection
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise knowledge management
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (at least one)
• Knowledge of business process automation, data analytics tools, and cloud solutions
• 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automation preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity
• Experience training users and developing user guides for digital tools and applications
• Optional certifications: DeepLearning.AI / Coursera Machine Learning Specialization, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP for project management

• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI and digital solutions
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with excellent problem-solving skills
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users, both verbally and in writing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain intellectual curiosity and stay current with fast-moving AI and technology trends
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
