Sales cum Admin Executive (Maid Agency)

We are looking for a dedicated Sales cum Admin Executive to support daily operations in our maid agency. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with administrative coordination to ensure smooth helper placement and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, and online platforms
• Recommend suitable domestic helpers based on client requirements
• Explain agency services, pricing, and placement procedures
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Coordinate interviews between clients and helpers
• Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support

• Process documentation including IPA, contracts, biodata, and declarations
• Coordinate work permit applications in compliance with MOM regulations
• Maintain accurate records of clients, helpers, and payments
• Track deposits and balances, liaising with finance when required
• Work closely with overseas suppliers for helper sourcing and documentation
• Ensure proper filing and updating of internal systems

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / Diploma
• Prior experience in maid agency / sales / admin preferred
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with MOM processes is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
