Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive to manage the full scope of human resources functions independently. This is a standalone role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters, playing a critical role in shaping and supporting the organization's culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs
  • Maintain talent pipelines and support workforce planning
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee conflicts
  • Organize employee engagement activities and feedback surveys
  1. HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate with finance or external vendors for accurate payroll processing
  • Administer employee benefits (leave, insurance, statutory contributions)
  • Track attendance, leaves, and other time-related data
  1. Policy Development & Implementation
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures
  1. Performance Management & Training
  • Support managers in implementing performance reviews
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
  • Promote career development and succession planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a standalone or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
