HR Executive (Full-Time) - Bukit Batok

e are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role involves supporting key HR operations, with a focus on foreign workforce management and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (e.g., Work Permit, S Pass).
• Maintain and update worker dormitory records and accommodation assignments.
• Manage and update employee data using InfoTech.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions based on department requirements.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support general HR administrative tasks including leave, attendance, and compliance tracking.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with work pass applications and MOM regulations is essential.
• Experience using InfoTech HR systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
