Business Data Analyst (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales and marketing data using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and internal systems
Analyse sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities
Prepare reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
Translate data into actionable insights to guide sales strategies and business direction
Support lead generation activities and marketing campaigns
Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing initiatives and promotions
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve performance outcomes
Maintain accurate, updated, and well-structured databases
Conduct data checking and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
Investigate results and provide explanations behind performance trends
Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
Assist in automation or efficiency improvements using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate (if applicable)

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Best in Marketing/ Business/ Engineering)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Advanced/Modern Excel, Power BI (PBI), and Power Automate is an advantage
