Executive Assistant to Chairman| Central Region

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support and strategic partner to the Chairman, managing schedules, administrative matters, and daily logistics.
- Act as a key liaison and gatekeeper for the Chairman’s office, coordinating with board members, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and refine executive-level correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate and manage board meetings, executive offsites, and corporate events, ensuring smooth and professional execution.
- Anticipate the Chairman’s needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Provide comprehensive support across professional and limited personal matters to enable focus on strategic priorities.
- Independently manage special projects and confidential assignments with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive assistant, office management, HR administration, or executive secretarial roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
