Subject Specialist cum Student Care Teacher (Primary English/Math/Science/Chinese) - Bedok

This is a unique opportunity for experienced Student Care Teachers looking to step up into a more focused academic and enrichment teaching role.
We’re looking for passionate educators to guide and inspire primary school students (P1–P6) in both academic learning and holistic development.
You’ll play a dual role — teaching MOE-aligned subjects while also supporting student care routines in a vibrant after-school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and support students in English, Math, Science or Chinese, based on the MOE Primary syllabus
- Guide students with homework completion and reinforce learning
- Conduct enrichment programmes focused on confidence, creativity and character-building
- Monitor and record students’ progress, addressing individual learning needs
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and engaging learning space
- Build positive relationships with students and their families
- Ensure students' safety during school-to-centre transfers and within the premises
- Support daily centre operations and assist with ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience teaching or supporting primary-level students
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Math, Science, or Chinese
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Energetic, warm, and passionate about working with children
- A positive, learning mindset and team-oriented attitude
