Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive - Geylang

What You'll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end financial closing activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance
• Partner with various teams to monitor cost efficiency and support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure timely submission of GST filings and support corporate tax matters in collaboration with tax advisors
• Review financial data integrity and support improvements to accounting systems and processes
• Provide insights into capital investment decisions, feasibility reviews, and internal financial controls

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA)
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting operations
• Strong attention to detail, with a good grasp of local financial regulations and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage timelines across departments
