Senior Business Development Executive - Toa Payoh

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and organizing corporate training programs for companies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients for our training programs through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop customized training proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Training Team to coordinate training schedules, logistics, and materials required for successful program delivery.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the corporate training market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Fresh Degree holder with interest in training and education may apply
• Experience in sales, business development or account management,
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and present ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Effective negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive revenue growth.
