Position: AVP, Compliance Analyst
Location: CBD

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Working hours:9 AM to 6 PM

Contract Duration: 6 months

Job responsibilities:

Provide daily guidance to business and support teams on regulatory requirements and standards.
Maintain compliance manuals and internal controls. Assist with compliance testing, monitoring reviews, and special projects.
Help manage compliance breaches and internal issues. Coordinate with teams to fix problems and notify regulators when necessary.
Help prepare official submissions and responses to regulator queries. Support the team during regulatory inspections.
Assist in creating and delivering compliance training to ensure all staff understand the rules and expectations.

Skills and requirements:

A Bachelor of Laws or a degree in a related legal field is preferable. Candidates from local Singaporean universities or reputable overseas institutions are welcome to apply.
Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated financial institution.
Familiarity with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and requirements.
Proven ability to operate with a high degree of independence and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
