Compliance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to support the company’s compliance and regulatory functions. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in conducting compliance reviews across onboarding, name screening, and other compliance activities.
• Perform compliance checks and support investigations relating to suspicious activities, escalations, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in RFI (Request for Information) correspondence with stakeholders.
• Monitor and keep abreast of regulatory developments and compliance requirements applicable to the business.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments, as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, audit, risk, or other regulatory-related functions.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT controls such as onboarding requirements, transaction monitoring, trade surveillance, or name screening processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance-related certifications will be advantageous.
