About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team at our company. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the Organisation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Actively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and deliver effective recruitment solutions
What we're looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
