Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition, Healthcare) @ Paya Lebar / Up $4800
Location: Framework 2 Building Corporate Office (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar)
Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to perm)
Working hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (May be required to support weekend / PH)
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a proactive and analytical HR professional to support end-to-end talent acquisition and manpower management, manage workforce planning, generate manpower reports, and support HR operations including employee relations and engagement for healthcare operations.
Job duties
End-to-End Talent Acquisition- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, institutions etc
- Coordinate interviews, conduct screening, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Support monthly, weekly, and quarterly manpower reporting
- Track headcount, vacancies, and workforce trends
- Prepare manpower information for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) submissions and audits
- Maintain accurate dashboards for manpower planning and workforce tracking
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
- Act as HR point of contact
- Support line managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Provide guidance on HR policies and workforce planning
- Step in to support compensation and benefits tasks as required
- Assist in payroll verification, benefits administration, and salary proposals
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks
- Support internal and external audits related to manpower and HR data
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Provide updates on recruitment progress, manpower planning, and HR initiatives
- Advise on talent strategies and HR solutions for workforce challenges
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (Healthcare industry preferred)
- Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, manpower planning, and reporting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced excel expertise
- Familiarity with MOM submissions and HR compliance in Singapore
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
