• Working Timing: 08:30am - 05.30pm
• Working Location: Jurong East (Till Oct 2025) | Will move to Tanjong Pagar
• Starting Salary: SGD2,000 - $2,500, if good experience up to $2800

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Preparation:
• Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for clients based on shipment details, routes, modes of transport, and vendor pricing.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Communicate and negotiate with carriers, warehouses, and transport providers to arrange timely pick-up, delivery, and storage of cargo.
• Notice of Arrival (NOA):
• Issue timely and accurate notices of arrival to clients and relevant stakeholders, ensuring all documentation and information are properly shared.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain strong and professional communication with clients, providing shipment updates, resolving inquiries, and managing expectations.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure all operational processes comply with customs regulations and company policies; maintain up-to-date shipment records.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address operational issues or delays quickly by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms
