About the role
A public-listed company seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resource Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in the Joo Koon West Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resource operations.
What you'll be doing- Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews
- Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day-to-day operations administrative in Unit 4 HR system
- Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
- Calculation of monthly OT’s and allowance based on atttendance record for payroll processing
- Coordinate and organize staff training and company event.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource operations or generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of HR software Prosoft Unit 4 and data management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Diploma or above in related field
