Operations executive (cleaning)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Executive (Cleaning) to join our dynamic team at TOH CHIN LEONG CONSTRUCTIONPTE LTD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our cleaning operations in the Central Region, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate the daily cleaning operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, within the agreed timelines
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient cleaning processes and protocols
- Supervise and provide guidance to the cleaning team, including training and performance management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the wider team to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Proficient in using relevant cleaning management software and tools
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
